Placing an order
To place an order, add products to the cart, enter the requested contact and delivery details, choose the available delivery and payment method, and confirm the order. The order is considered accepted after payment has been completed and the order confirmation has been sent.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the selected payment service provider after the payment method is activated for the store.
Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. Estimated delivery time is usually 2-5 business days in Estonia and 5-10 business days to other EU countries. Delivery options and the exact delivery price are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal and returns
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies by law. For hygiene and cosmetics products, returns may be refused if the product has been opened, used or is no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. To request a return, contact us first at holibeautyspace@gmail.com.
Damaged or incorrect products
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, contact us first by email. If we cannot resolve the matter, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
