A consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies by law.
How to request a return
Before sending anything back, contact us at holibeautyspace@gmail.com and include your order number. We will confirm the return instructions and return address.
Condition of returned products
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. For hygiene and cosmetics products, returns may be refused if the product has been opened, used or is no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will notify you about the refund decision. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Delivery costs are refunded only where required by law.
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos.
